Twenty years of flying alongside our clients

We have specialised in international long-haul first and business class since 1998. The people we book for, from corporate executives and technology leaders to physicians, law partners, public officials and retirees, have shaped everything we do. As airlines reinvented the premium cabin, our clients told us what mattered, and we evolved with them.

Listening first

Over twenty years, each improvement has grown from a client's request: clearer fares, faster answers, one person who knows your preferences, whether the trip is a retirement holiday or a board meeting on three days' notice.

Moving with the industry

Lie-flat beds, private suites and fares that change by the hour. Our advisors have spent over twenty years in premium cabins and keep pace with how airlines sell them, including privately negotiated fares you will not find in a standard search.

Still personal

Booking tools change. The advisor who knows your routes and answers your call does not, which is why so many of our clients have stayed with us for years.

Our motto

Excellence in the skies.

Make first and business class travel simple to book, fair in price, and effortless from quote to landing.

Frequently asked questions

How can your fares be up to 70% lower?

We negotiate private fares directly with airlines and in volume, so premium cabins can cost far less than the published market fare. Savings of up to 70% vary by route, date and availability.

How long have you been in business?

For more than 20 years. In that time we have built lasting airline relationships and grown alongside the clients we serve.

Are these genuine airline tickets?

Yes. Tickets are issued for the airline you choose, and your quote lists the fare rules before you commit.

Can I change or cancel a booking?

Tickets can be changed within one year of the issue date, subject to seat availability. They are not refundable. Our Terms of Service set out the full ticket rules.

How quickly will I get a quote?

Send your route and dates through the contact form. An advisor will reply with available fares within 24 hours.

Do you book for assistants and families?

Yes. We can book for executive assistants, partners, family and groups, and keep every detail private.

Ready for a better fare?

Tell us your route and we'll take it from there.

By sending your request, and by reserving a fare with us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Our Privacy Policy explains what this site collects and how it is used.

1

Nature of the quote request

1.1Submitting a request is not an offer, does not oblige Fly First Class International to provide any service, and does not create a binding contract.

1.2You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information, including names as they appear on travel documents, routes, dates and passenger numbers.

1.3Any quote or estimate based on inaccurate or incomplete information is void.

2

Validity and expiration

2.1A quote is valid for 14 days from the date it is issued, subject to fare availability, unless it states otherwise.

2.2We may amend, withdraw or cancel a quote at any time before you formally accept it.

3

Pricing and scope adjustments

3.1A quote is an estimate based on the information you provide and current fares, not a fixed price. Fares are not guaranteed until tickets are issued.

3.2Any change to your itinerary, dates, cabin, passengers or other requirements after your request will result in a revised quote.

3.3We are not bound by obvious pricing errors, typographical mistakes or technical glitches on this website or in any quote, and may correct them before acceptance.

4

Intellectual property and confidentiality

4.1Information and documents you submit with your request are licensed to us solely to review your request and prepare your quote.

4.2Our quote documentation, including fare construction and routing strategies, is confidential and must not be shared with competitors or other third parties without our written consent.

5

Communication and marketing consent

5.1By submitting a request you agree that we may contact you by email, phone or message about your quote. You can opt out of these messages at any time.

5.2If you tick the newsletter box we will also send you marketing emails, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email.

5.3We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy and comply with applicable anti-spam and data protection laws, including CAN-SPAM and the GDPR.

5.4Each quote request is given a reference ID. We keep the request, your name, email and phone number with that ID for up to six months from its last change so you can look it up, change it and reuse your details. Anyone who has the ID can view and change the request, so keep it private. A message sent without a trip is not given an ID that you can use. We keep it for up to six months so our team can follow up.

6

Fares, availability and partner airlines

6.1Partner airlines and itinerary details. To avoid competing directly with the retail sales of our airline partners, we do not publish the name of every travel partner or every itinerary detail on this website.

6.2Savings. Advertised savings of between 30% and 70% are calculated against the full, unrestricted published fares of major airlines. The saving on any individual fare depends on that fare's rules and may be lower or higher.

6.3Availability. Fares are subject to seat availability in the relevant booking inventory. Seats are limited and may not be offered on every flight or date.

6.4Baggage. Some airlines charge additional fees for baggage.

6.5Changes, exchanges and cancellations. Changes, exchanges and cancellations are governed by the ticket rules and conditions in section 7.

6.6Changes to fares and rules. Fares and the rules that govern them may change without prior notice, and other restrictions may apply.

7

Ticket rules and conditions

7.1Validity. Tickets are valid for one year from the date of issue. If you are unable to travel on your original dates, you may rebook for another time, provided the new travel takes place within one year of the issue date. You may also change your departure and arrival cities, provided the new cities are within the same continent. Every change is subject to seat availability at the time of rebooking.

7.2Refunds and cancellations. Tickets are non-refundable. This applies equally if you cancel your reservation during the ticketing process after payment has been made. The funds you have paid will be held and applied toward your future travel.

7.3Name changes. Airlines do not permit the name on a ticket to be changed. Please give us each passenger's name exactly as it appears on their passport.

7.4Other restrictions. Certain airlines apply specific restrictions to particular tickets. Any restriction in force at the time of booking applies to your ticket.

By using this site and sending your request you agree to this Privacy Policy. The terms that apply to quote requests are in our Terms of Service. This policy lists everything this site collects and why.

1

Details you give us

1.1When you send a request we collect what you type into the form: your name, email, phone number, trip details, message and newsletter choice. We email it to our team and keep it under your reference ID for up to six months from its last change, so you can look it up, change it and reuse your details. We also record the time you sent it.

1.2Anyone who has the reference ID can view and change the request, so keep it private. A message sent without a trip is not given an ID that you can use. We keep it for up to six months so our team can follow up.

1.3On the Manage Booking page you can also find your requests with the email address or phone number you used, without the reference ID. Because anyone can type any email address or phone number into a form, we first email a 6-digit code to the email address on those requests. We keep only a scrambled (hashed) copy of the code on our server, for up to 15 minutes, and delete it once it is used, expires or is tried wrongly too many times. The right code lists the requests that carry that email address. A phone number is only used to find which email address to send the code to; requests are never listed by phone number alone.

2

Newsletter (only if you subscribe)

2.1If you subscribe to our newsletter, on the home page, in the short prompt that can appear while you browse the site, or with the newsletter box on the quote form, we collect your email address (and, from the quote form, your first name). We also record which page you used and when you subscribed.

2.2We use these details only to send you our newsletter: news of routes, fares and offers. Subscribing is your choice and is separate from sending a request, which does not subscribe you unless you tick the newsletter box. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to be removed.

2.3Our newsletter provider, Mailchimp (a service of Intuit Inc., United States), stores your subscription and sends the emails. You join the list as soon as you subscribe, and Mailchimp sends you a welcome email to let you know it worked. You do not need to click anything. Mailchimp may process your information outside your own country; see Mailchimp's privacy statement.

2.4Your address is saved on our server first. If Mailchimp cannot be reached we keep it there and try again, for up to six months. Once Mailchimp has it, we delete it from our server and keep only a record without your address (the page you used and the time) for 90 days. If you unsubscribe, Mailchimp keeps a record of that so you are not added again by mistake.

3

Cookies and similar browser storage (essential, always on)

3.1This site collects cookies and similar browser storage (such as local and session storage) that it needs to work: your cookie consent choice, the trip summary you are building during your visit, the reference ID, route and expiry date of the last request you sent or opened (so the contact page can offer to modify it; the contact page has a Forget It on This Device button, and it holds no name, email or phone number), a pass of up to 30 minutes for the request history on the Manage Booking page (kept in session storage and tied to your email address, so you do not need a new code each time you reload the page), whether you have subscribed to or closed the newsletter prompt (so it does not keep appearing; no email address is kept), and, only if our server cannot be reached, requests saved in your browser. These stay on your device and are not sent to us.

3.2The site also looks up your approximate area from your IP address, using a location service, to suggest nearby airports. We do not store that result.

4

Optional data, only if you press Accept in the Consent to Cookies box

4.1When you send a request, we add the following to the email our team receives:

  • your approximate location (city, region and country) worked out from your IP address, and the IP address itself;
  • your browser and its version, operating system, language and time zone;
  • your device hardware: number of processor cores, approximate memory, screen size and pixel density, window size and touch support;
  • your browser's user agent text.

4.2These details are used only to help our team verify and serve your request and to protect against misuse. They are not stored on the site, not used for advertising and not sold. If you press Decline, none of these details are collected. The time the request was sent is always included.

5

Third parties

5.1Photos, fonts and airline logos are loaded from other services (for example Unsplash, Google Fonts and airline logo providers), which receive your IP address and browser details when your browser fetches them. Our email provider delivers requests to us. Mailchimp receives your email address if you subscribe to the newsletter (section 2).

6

Automated-traffic checks (essential)

6.1To keep bots away from route searches and quote requests, the page asks our server for a short-lived pass just before it looks up routes, finds or changes a request, asks for a request history code, sends a message or signs you up to the newsletter. The server looks at basic browser details (such as the browser name and language settings), whether the page has been used by a person, a hidden form field, how fast a form was filled in and which website the request came from. Your pass is kept in your browser's session storage for up to 30 minutes.

6.2If we switch on Cloudflare Turnstile, an invisible check from Cloudflare also runs at those moments: your browser loads a script from Cloudflare, and Cloudflare receives your IP address and browser details. You are never asked to select pictures or type text. If a visit looks automated, the request is not processed and we show our email address and phone number instead.

7

Changing your mind

7.1Use Cookie Settings at the bottom of any page to reopen the Consent to Cookies box and change your choice at any time. To have a request or message deleted before six months, email us with your reference ID, or with the name and email address you used if you were not given one.

Consent to Cookies

This site collects cookies. Essential cookies keep it working and, only if you accept, we also collect optional cookie and device data with the quote requests you send.

We use cookies and similar browser storage on your device for essential things: your cookie choice, the trip summary you are building, the reference ID of the last request you sent or opened, and whether you have subscribed to or closed the newsletter prompt. These are always on.

If you press Accept, we also collect optional data when you send a quote request and add it to the email our team receives: your approximate location and IP address, your browser, operating system, language and time zone, and your device hardware (processor cores, approximate memory, screen size and touch support). If you press Decline, none of this is collected. Nothing optional is collected until you choose.
